Some big news around here, including big news for S&H, I hope!
Yesterday I handed in my notice, quit my well-enough paying job that I’m pretty good at, and decided to pursue all things culinary full-time. Which, I hope, means that I will be leaving London and starting a programme at ICE in New York come January.
Is this scary? Yes.
Is it worth it? Totally.
I don’t want to be spending any more time wishing I were doing something I felt more passionate about. It’s time to stop wishing and start doing.
With that inspirational message, we return to our regularly-scheduled food programming. But I think this will be great for S&H too, in fact, I know it will.
