There was a tie between avocados and cucumbers but, in deference to our European readers, who are experiencing cucumber shortages, I decided to go with avocado.
If you had to pick a favorite ingredient among my group of friends, avocado (for breakfast, in particular!) would also win the poll.
I am looking forward to trying some fun things like this avocado pudding that’s been on my list for a while.

Yipee, avocado got my vote. I love it for breakfast also, with cottage cheese and eggs, on wholemeal toast. I love the idea of baked avocado, I’ll give that a go next time I have some left over.

Avocado seems to be a crowd pleaser! I adore it for breakfast, on toast with some fleur de sel.
