As some of you may know, I’ve recently made the decision to take my well-loved culinary hobby and make it into a profession by enrolling in the Culinary Management program at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York.
This has involved things like quitting my job, moving countries, leaving friends and collaborators (and rejoining others). It’s a big change but I couldn’t be more excited to give it my best shot.
S&H will be along for the ride and you will get to hear all about my experiences, good and bad!
What does this mean for this project? Only good things, I believe. We will keep on our global network of friends, food mates, and contributors with the primary structure of the blog staying the same; however, the global focus will obviously now switch more to the US than to the UK as I am moving back there. S&H will still be a patchwork of places and experiences because I think that’s what makes it unique.
