It’s time to start voting (open until the end of the week)!
You pick the ingredient, and I cook with it all month.
February’s ingredient was lemon, and we had so much fun:
- there was prickly pear lemonade
- sweet potato, lentil, and lemon soup
- beef stew with dates, chard, and lemon peel
- candied buddha’s hand
- fabulous lemon curd
- lemon, fennel, and cucumber salad
- and lemon, honey, and yogurt cake

This contest is never fair you know. The ingredients are all good and it’s hard to vote. But fine, I will just have to choose or figure out a way to vote twice!
