. . . was lovely and relaxing. A trip to St Kilda Beach, oyster lunch at Donovan’s on the shore (that’s their chilled tomato consommé, above), bookshops, and dinner at Cumulus Inc. Their cookbook is another one going on my ‘to-buy but not to carry on board 20 hour flight’ list. It’s a long list so far.
Also, would like to recommend Thomas Dux grocers in Richmond (and elsewhere) for picnic needs, local products and produce, and a weekend mini-market.
Back home tomorrow and that means back to the kitchen!!
