Inspired by the warm weather, I wanted to whip up something fruity and refreshing. Emphasis on whip.
You’ll need:
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 8 pz greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup fresh raspberries
- 12 oz frozen mango (diced)
1. Mix together sugar, yogurt and raspberries. Put the mixture and the mangoes in a blender.
2. Puree until smooth. Garnish with some mint, if you’d like.
This is such a beautiful peach-y color. Best enjoyed under a parasol!

The color is amazing! And mango and rapsberries sounds like a pretty good combination, I have never tried eating those together 🙂

Isn’t it gorgeous? Totally unexpected:). Hope you give it a try!

Looks good! I’d like that for breakfast or a light dessert.

I had one for breakfast this morning too!

How refreshing. Your summery drink posts are making me want to buy a blender instead of an ice cream maker!

If I had an ice cream maker, it would be really dangerous :)!
