It’s official: I no longer need to buy any popsicles or ices this summer.
My new popsicle maker makes this almost too easy. I finally got a chance to try it out this week – it is so simple, but really allows you to get creative with fun and fresh flavor combinations. And did I mention that it’s a ton of fun? Brings the little kid out in everyone.
For these peach pops, I pureed some ripe peaches and mixed them with strawberry juice and fresh mint.
And in 10 minutes, voila!
I also made some cherry stomp and basil pops.
Tastes like summer.

Wow! 10 minutes!
I need one of those

It can take a little longer if you do layers or ‘add-ins’ etc. but generally 9-10 minutes, it’s great.

Looks lovely! The weather-wise are predicting a few days of sunshine and high temperatures next week, we’ll see if there won’t be a few home made popsicles on the menu then 🙂

Thanks, Anne! They are perfect for long summer days.
