Hello from Chateau Courvoisier!
Here for a few days on a visit and it is going to be difficult to leave. Wonderful hospitality (feels a bit like living in Downton Abbey) and so much to learn and explore about Cognac and the larger region.
Today we cooked in the Chateau kitchen and toured the vineyards and the Courvoisier production facilities.
Here is a coffee and genoise dessert I helped make for lunch service today (we also made a striped bass tartare, truffled potatoes, and lamb chops).
