I am in France for about a week for my dad’s birthday, probably eating my weight in macarons (passion fruit and chocolate or pistachio and cinnamon are current favorites) but I don’t care.
Alas, I am not French, and don’t have that particular gene which allows girls to eat dessert every night and still stay slim – don’t you just hate them a little bit for that! :-)!
It is still sunny and bright here most days, and it’s been so nice to soak up that tail end of sweet summer.
I’m a sucker for macaroons. Yum!
