Last night, we went to a dinner event at the Museum of Modern Art here in New York.
It was called Capital Exchange and brought together artists, performers, and chefs in an exploration of different notions of “capital,” from social and political to cultural and historical.
We were invited to explore these themes through art, sound, food, readings etc.
The highlight of the food was definitely the various dessert offerings, including the above take on Alice B Toklas’s famous ‘hasish fudge’ turned into a spicy, fruity truffle.

Thanks, Uru! It was definitely unusual but very interesting. I forgot to mention the keepstake art piece placements that changed for each course 🙂
