I have been loving interesting flavored hummuses recently (particularly the pumpkin hummus at Back Forty West and a beet one I have been recipe testing), and this butternut squash hummus, topped with curried yogurt and cilantro puree, at Bar Tartine in San Francisco takes the prize.
Setting a very high brunch standard for 2013 with tons of delicious goodies this weekend. Still dreaming of the smoked potatoes with ramp mayo.
This blog looks amazing and great post!!
Thank you very much and welcome!
Keep enjoying the new experiences my friend 🙂
Cheers

Thanks, Uru! It was a fantastic trip!
Beet hummus….sigh…how wonderful.
Thanks! Will definitely share the recipe.
That news is happy-making!
Great mouth-watering photo from Bar Tartine! I must commend you on the theme you use. Too many bloggers are stuck in the 2nd dimension. Where did you find such a cool theme?
Thank you! And it’s made by The Theme Foundry.
An interesting twist on hummus. I also saw a beet one the other day at the market here. I hope you try to create that one as well and then I will follow your recipe. Take care, BAM
I love hummus! Will most definitely share the beet recipe when it’s ready (hopefully next week!)
