More fall goodies courtesy of Sabah – isn’t it great to have such a worldwide S&H cooking community? Tried and tested!
You’ll need:
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup chocolate chips ( I used dark chips)
- 2 cups canned pumpkin
1. In a large bowl, combine all of the above ingredients – dry first, then adding the liquids. Pour into either 6 small loaf pans or 1 large bundt cake pan (the batter will be pretty thick so use a spatula to help you out).
2. Bake at 350 F (176C) for approx 1 hour 25 mins for a large pan, less time (approx an hour) for small loaf pans.
