By sheer chance – as most genius things – today I made homemade stroopwafels. Kind of.
You take some super thin wafers (in France, eventails will do best) + the Speculoos spread
(yum. the smooth kind, rather than the crunchy one with bits of biscuit though that’s very nice too)
and layer. oh, and bite.
Unsurprisingly addictive.
