With so much going on in the world, and in our own lives these days, that it has been hard to sit and write everything down. I hope you and your families are staying safe and healthy and – whenever and however you’re able – helping others in need.
Simple gestures of kindness are always remembered.
Here are some snapshots from this month on Maui:
Strawberry picking at Kula Farms – the season here starts in February and goes all the way to the start of summer.
Speaking of strawberries, if you would like to have the freshest strawberry ice cream that tastes like the jam your grandmother would make for you as a kid, this is it at Maui Bees – thank you, Scott!
My personal go-to dinner these days is this Diana Henry recipe for prawn, breadcrumb and lemon pasta to which I also add our homegrown chili peppers. It is divine!
Everyone deserves an end-of-the-week treat, and this tarte aux cerises from La Provence is the crispy fruit tart of your dreams, especially if you love cherries like I do. xx
