You will need:
- 2 medium-sized squid fillets
- 1 lemon
- 1 bunch of cilantro
- 200-300g cherry tomatoes, depending on how much you like then
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 large shallot or red onion
1. Slice squid into rings and set aside.
2. Dice chili, cherry tomatoes (in half), chop the cilantro. Squeeze the juice of once lemon into a separate bowl.
3. Stir fry squid very lightly. Adding chilis in the very end.
4. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and dress with lemon juice & mix.
