Sometimes the best things are born out of experimenting + Nina’s new food processor.
This sorbet is simply delicious and a perfect finishing touch to a weekend meal and even as a Valentine’s Day dessert. It is good enough to share and to have all to yourself.
You will need:
- 1 lb frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 4 generous tablespoons prosecco
1. Put all of the ingredients in the food processor and process until smooth and creamy – don’t overdo it because then you will get liquid smoothie and leave some little flecks of strawberry in.
2. Freeze for about an hour and let stand for 10 minutes at room temperature before serving.
