Apologies for forgetting to post this some time ago, but October’s Ingredient of the Month is most definitely apples! They are in the prime of their season and are both varied and versatile in your kitchen.
Yes, the baking possibilities are endless, but you can always use apples in savory dishes as well. I, for one, cannot wait to try this Asiago, Rosemary & Apple bread or Jose Andres’ stuffed apples.
