For this fantastic sidedish you will need:
- 1 half a large butternut squash
- 1 pack of halloumi
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 large onion
- olive oil
- salt, pepper and Italian seasonings (oregano, basil etc.)
1. Chop all the vegetables into medium-sized pieces.
2. Combine and season lightly with olive oil and salt&pepper and Italian seasonings.
3. Roast at 190C for 20-30 minutes.
