this is my favourite favourite favourite vegetable! And such a treat as it is in season for such a short time. We have a local asparagus farm and I so love buying the little spears from there when they have been freshly picked. Can’t wait to see some recipes.
Wonderful! And I agree, spring is the absolute best time to enjoy fresh asparagus. I love the flavor, it’s just so… essentially green.
