The poll was all tied up so I went with stone fruit, which is just beautiful this time of year. We have Georgia peaches here in NY and biting into one is pretty heavenly (if a little messy!).
Here are some of my favorite s&h peach recipes, so far:
- Four peaches with feta cheese
- ‘Student’ peach charlotte
- Blueberry and peach salad with thyme honey
- Dessert for breakfast: peach crumble
- Peach tarte tatin
Looking forward to many more this month, particularly savoury recipes pairing the sweetness of the peaches with something tart and/or salty.

We my family lived in South Carolina, we would go to Georgia during the summer just to pick peaches. They are such fond memories and there is nothing like a fresh Georgia peach! How lucky that you can get them in New York. Your peach recipes look so good. I have never made a Charlotte – your Peach Charlotte looks delicious!
