You voted, and pears are the ingredient of the month!
They are coming to the end of their season in late March/early April, so this will be a great opportunity to get creative.
I have plans for roasted pears, pickled pears, pan-fried pears, pear tatin, pear compote, and pear pancakes, so stock up on Boscs, Bartletts, Anjou, or Starkrimsons!
