I am writing deeply under the influence of jetlag, so I hope everything makes sense!
France was so fantastic, as ever. I never feel like I have enough time there, enough time to go back to all the old favorites and to explore new places {Menton, the provencal lemon capital, in this case}.
I came back with a suitcase full of speculoos, cheese, chocolate, salt, and a compilation of Pot au Feu magazine from 1900. Oh yes, also some Pierre Hermé – I die for the passion fruit and chocolate macaron.
Look out for fun new recipes this week, starting with sugar radishes tomorrow.
