You guys, I feel like I have mainly blanked out on Thanksgiving since we already had Friendsgiving and, in my mind, that was checked off of the list. That said, Thanksgiving prep must now commence!
With my travel schedule extra loaded this month, I want to stick to the classics that I already know and love so, here are some of my favorite Thanksgiving recipes.
Sides
Sweet potato and parsnip gratin
Butternut squash and pumpkin seed salad
Mains
Roast chicken with lemon and endive
Pork roast with chestnut honey glaze
Multicultural turkey meatballs
Desserts
Quince and apple goat cheese tart
Mix and match from the sections above to create the perfect menu for you and your family!

What a bonanza! Thank you, Ksenia! I had already looked back at your recipes to see what I might choose for a dessert, and I am planning on the Triple applecake. But I was also thinking I’d provide brussels sprouts, so I’m looking at that recipe, too. You provide so much inspiration. 🙂
